Pain Relieving Ginger Chai Tea

Ingredients
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons dried black tea leaves
  • 1 inch ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 cardamom pods, lightly crushed
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
Procedure:
1. Boil the water, ginger, cinnamon, and cardamom for 10 minutes.
2. Add the black tea leaves and simmer for another 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and add the almond milk under constant stirring.
4. Strain, sweeten with honey and enjoy!
